Waist training is a vast subject and often as mis-understood as its sister term "tight lacing".  The two are inextricably linked although only one can (arguably) be done without the other.   Inspired by clients and client questions, I am setting up a series of blog posts to discuss all aspects of waist training and tight lacing.

After years of consternating over the name of my fourth brand, I decided to scrap it!  The name Clessidra just wasn't working for me or the product.  So I changed, and this is why.
